Utah School of Phlebotomy Course Instructor

We feel that an open environment helps students to learn better, and want students to feel comfortable as we teach them the art of drawing blood. We care very deeply for each student and go the extra mile in making sure students grasp the concepts of drawing blood. In the 15 years we have taught students, we have found it to be very rewarding watching our students go from beginners to great phlebotomists and ready to start a new career.

Beth and Amy - Utah Phlebotomy School Instructors

BETH

Beth has been in the medical field for 24 years. Beth loves interacting with people while drawing blood for insurance companies, wellness checks, and doing drug screens and health assessments for top Olympic and professional athletes. Her knowledge and experience bring quality teaching to the Utah School of Phlebotomy. She has developed many "tricks of the trade" which her students benefit from and has a great passion for drawing blood.

Beth is a native to Oregon but has lived in Utah for the past 26 years where she enjoys outdoor activities including participating in triathalons and hiking with her family. Her latest adventures have taken her on a quest to hike the highest peak in every county in Utah, which she will accomplish this year with her husband. She considers being an owner and instructor at the Utah School of Phlebotomy one of her biggest pleasures.

“This course has been excellent. I’ve called around before I came here and the instructor made it sound fun and exciting. I learned more than what I thought I would and I have to comment on the instructors - they’ve done an awesome job!”
